Every shipment is quoted individually. The products, dimensions, weight, fragility, crate requirements, destination, transport method and delivery scope all affect the cost. We can work with your nominated packing workshop or cargo provider to your agreed packing and handling specifications, or coordinate the shipment through our own packing and logistics arrangements.

Protection built around your products

We review dimensions, weight and fragile finishes before preparing layered protection, corner supports and fitted wooden export crates where needed. Each piece is identified against the packing list, with crate specifications agreed for the route and destination.

Your cargo partner, or one arranged by us

Your shipment leaves from our main hub in Dubai. Use your appointed freight forwarder, or ask us to coordinate a cargo option. We can align your nominated packing workshop and cargo provider with the agreed protection standards, collection, crate dimensions, packing lists and shipment documentation. Freight, insurance options, customs responsibilities, duties and destination access are clarified in the quotation.

Air freight for time-sensitive deliveries

When timing is the priority, we can coordinate air cargo with suitable protective packing and a scheduled warehouse handover. The proposed route, chargeable weight, estimated transit time and onward delivery are reviewed before you approve the shipment.

Sea freight for larger projects

For larger furniture orders and complete interiors, we review consolidated or dedicated-container options with the freight partner. Crates are planned for safe handling, loading and restraint, with destination-port arrangements and the final delivery scope agreed in advance.

Door-to-door, with a clear handover

Where available, we coordinate the journey through to your address, including destination handling and a scheduled delivery. Room placement, unpacking, assembly, installation and packaging removal can be included when specified in the agreed scope; our team confirms local availability and access before booking.
