Origins & history
Founded in 2018 in the province of Treviso, Mavimatt draws on the craft culture of Veneto, close to Venice. Its atelier in Falzè di Piave develops handmade furniture that brings functional objects into the territory of sculpture. Upholstery, painting and specialist finishes form part of a process shaped by experimentation, manual skill and attention to the individual piece.

Vision & philosophy
Mavimatt approaches furniture as a memorable presence within an interior. Its creative direction connects artistic expression with everyday use, using material research and customisation to give each form its character. Colour, upholstery and surface treatments allow pieces to respond to a particular space while retaining the recognisable silhouette of the original design.

Style & materials
The collection combines futuristic seating, organic tables and rounded upholstered forms. Reflective metallic surfaces can sit beside tactile fabrics and leather, creating a dialogue between sculptural outline and comfort. These expressive pieces work as focal points: their curves, unusual proportions and changing reflections give a room a distinctive visual rhythm.

Armchair
UFO
A spacecraft-inspired shell wraps around a cushioned seat, giving the armchair a strong sculptural outline. Finish and upholstery options change its expression from reflective and dramatic to soft and tactile.
Pouf
Meteora
Rounded, upholstered volumes turn a compact seat into an organic accent. Its soft silhouette offers a different expression of the brand’s interest in furniture that also reads as an object.
Dining table
Ninfea
Inspired by the water lily, Ninfea is handcrafted in metal with an organic top and sculptural base. Painted and chrome finishes bring different moods to its flowing form.
