01
Origins & history
Giorgetti’s story is rooted in Meda, a town at the centre of Brianza’s furniture-making culture. Luigi Giorgetti’s workshop developed into a factory in 1898, building its reputation through skilled woodwork and carved furniture. During the twentieth century the company expanded from semi-finished pieces into complete collections, bringing that manufacturing knowledge into a contemporary language shaped with designers and architects.
02
Vision & philosophy
The approach connects cabinetmaking expertise with research into how people use a space. Materials, ergonomics and the meeting of components are developed together. A recognisable identity emerges from the way a frame is drawn, a joint is resolved or upholstery meets wood, allowing traditional knowledge to support new forms rather than define a fixed historical style.
03
Style & materials
Sculptural wooden frames, soft upholstery and carefully balanced proportions recur across the collections. Curves are often offset by precise structural details, with contrasts of grain, leather and fabric giving depth without excessive ornament. The work spans seating, tables, storage and complete interior settings, moving comfortably between domestic and professional spaces.
