Our professional team checks each piece and selects protection for its material, finish and shape. Upholstery is covered, delicate surfaces are separated and corners are padded. Components and fittings are organised together so the installation team receives a complete, clearly prepared delivery.

Our team in IMA Gallery uniforms loads the protected pieces into the delivery vehicle using suitable handling equipment, then secures and separates them for transport. Before arrival, we coordinate the time, building access, lift or staircase dimensions and the route into the home, so the right people and equipment arrive together.

We protect the access route and carry each piece carefully to its intended room. Packaging is opened in a controlled sequence, the item is inspected and the necessary assembly is completed. Furniture is positioned according to the agreed layout, with clearances, orientation and the balance between pieces checked in the actual space.

For chandeliers and multi-piece lighting, our technical team translates the approved design into a measured installation layout. We calculate overall dimensions, suspension lengths and spacing, check mounting requirements and align the composition using laser levels. Printed plans, mounting templates and ceiling projection can guide complex arrangements where appropriate, bringing the design data onto the actual ceiling before final positioning and functional checks.

Once every piece is in place, we level and make the final adjustments, clean furniture and remove handling marks using material-appropriate care. Our team collects the wrapping, cardboard, protective materials and installation waste, packs away its equipment and leaves the work area tidy. The result is a finished setting you can enjoy immediately.

We walk through the completed delivery with you, confirm positioning and operation, and explain the relevant care instructions. You can review the work, record comments and share your satisfaction on the team’s iPad. Any follow-up points are noted before the team leaves, with ongoing support available for the products we have delivered and installed.
Overall footprint, ceiling height, product dimensions, suspension lengths and the clearances around furniture are coordinated before the mounting positions are finalised.
Laser references, printed dimensioned plans and, where appropriate, projected layouts help our team reproduce the approved arrangement at the correct scale and alignment.
Mounting suitability, fixings and electrical connections are checked alongside the final hanging heights, spacing, level and lighting operation, before the area is cleaned and handed over.
